You don't believe in peer effects? I do. After months of cajoling trying to get McKay to ride a two wheel bike, he saw his 6 year old neighbor riding his bike. So McKay saddled up and was a natural Lance Armstrong (without the steroid allegations). He doesn't turn, nor stop, but first things first.
