The week after the wedding I was able to go to my 10 year high school reunion. It was quite cool. The highlight came when we had a little seminary reunion the day of the real thing. Here is how handsome they are now, and here is what they looked like back when we were freshmen in 1994.
And then 10 years ago as seniors

This is what Mckay and I would do each morning. We would ride Scrambler (the ATV) or Lightning McQueen (the mustang) to get the morning paper. I do have to thank Dusty for getting the mustang looking so nice.

The sandbox is where we spend most of our time. McKay would spend hours there and Matthew was always happier when he was outside.
McKay had a fun time with Hailee. They played in the pool, sandbox and even had time to wrestler (Unfortunately Hailee won but she is older). Hailee is so funny, she is quite mischievious as well. She would fill up a bucket of water and then sneak up on you and dump it on you. Mckay did not enjoy this too much.
Here she is, the new Mrs. Matthews. Congratulations Katie!! No that is not her son, that is Matthew. Now that Katie betrayed us and got married before she was 35, she has permission to reproduce herself in 9 months.
McKay loved the garden. The strawberries and raspberries were delicious. The peas started to come in and that made him as giddy as a school girl. By the end of the trip even the cherries and blueberries were ripe. Due to McKay's excessive eating habits he was forced to got to work. This did not bother him at all, his buddy Lucy was there to help out.
We were even able to see Kelli's friend Laura who came to visit with her Fiance Chris. We had dinner with them and then went to REI.
We were able to visit Chris and Jayme Phillips and their cute daughters (the visit was sponsored by Nike). McKay really like playing with Claire and even tried to share.
Here is Kelli, McKay and Matthew enjoying the Oregon summer.
We went fishing with grandpa and Joey's kids and Annie's girls. McKay was cursed with his father's genes, which meant he did not catch a fish. But that is okay because there weren't any fish in the pond anyway (I learned that after we got home). We did get to play on the paddle boats. Normally this would be fun but my co-pilot Joseph was more interested in the frogs than in paddling.

What a great trip! What part of Oregon did you visit? Your pictures made me miss the NW something dreadful.
