Christmas Eve dinner

I mix things up a lot (I'm Josh by the way). Trying to remember traditions we had in the price family, I mix up Christmas and Easter traditions a lot. Thinking it tradition for Christmas eve, I prepared salmon and bread for dinner. Regardless is this is a tradition of my fathers or an apostasy, it turned out delicious.
Here is what it was

Apricot-ginger glazed salmon
Mix apricot jelly with a little soy sauce the add shredded ginger. I don't know the portions, more jelly if you like it sweet. Pour on salmon and cook for 22 minutes. Today I started at 475 the reduced to 400. (use aluminum foil as the glaze will charcoal if it hits the lab and that is no bueno to clean)

For the bread, get a round bread, carve out the middle. Then bake at 475 for 6.5 minutes or until crispy. Then poor in your soup and chow down.
