Happy Birthday Spencer!
Spencer turned 1 yesterday! The cake doesn't look like much, but it seriously took FOREVER to make and FOREVER to clean up. Homemade cake, homemade frosting, all healthy.... there was absolutely no sugar involved. We have to preserve his tastebuds, at least until August when we go to my parents' house in Utah where he will be fully corrupted by the entire pantry full of chocolate and other sweet goodies purchased in bulk at Costco just for us. And the kids absolutely loved it. Josh, not so much.We went light on the presents this year, again saving the spoiling for grandparents and aunts & uncles this summer. Spencer got ...... one green ball! He loves it.
