This sink sucks!! The moving in situation is unique as we are purchasing the home on a short sale. As such the current owner doesn't have much to fix some problems. Namely this sink.
The hot water does not shut off all the way (it would have been nice if the inspector noticed this). So I took the sink apart and went to the local plumbing store and was able to fix it (needed new spring and pad in the cartridge).
I got it all hooked back together and the hot water faucet works great.
But now he cold water faucet won't even turn on. I dosconected the faucet and turn on the water....nothing.
This sink sucks!!!
(No solution yet, may update when that happens.)
