The content of the book was good, but as i read them with my ears (i.e. audiobook) I firmly believe in division of labor. Malcolm Gladwell is a fascinating author. He finds interesting stories and writes them in a fascinating way. But he has one of the most monotone and depressing voices that i have ever heard on an audiobook. I found myself thinking that ketchup actually caused depression. He should really rely on voice talent to record his books
