I know that I recenty made a post about the sorority life. Indeed, and admittedly, this was a biased view of what house parents go through, yet it was quite accurate. Due to these accuracies, Kelli thought that it be best not to make my thoughts public. While I do not retract my statements, I will not make them publicly available at this time.
What I am allowed to say at this time is, the life as a sorority house parent differs dramatically by house. For those looking to enter into this lifestyle, realize that nothing is free. With every decision do a cost-benefit analysis, and make the decision that is best for you.
I do look forward though of the day when my daughter goes to college and can choose a sorority for herself. What joy that will be.
But let it be known, if my daughter ever choses to join a sorority, she will have the financial ambilical cord cut.

?? I thought you guys had it made in the shade there. (!!) Actually, Brad was a housing director at our college and there was a lot of drama. Even though it was an awesome time in our lives, the drama part wasn't his favorite...at all. : )
